The SpinKeeper mission is to provide the widest selection of CD, DVD, Cassette, and Videotape storage solutions and related accessories at fair prices. We are also proud to offer unique and "hard to find" creations from independent artists.
SpinKeeper was launched in 2002 by music industry professionals. Strong business relationships and partnerships developed over the years with leading music manufacturers, distributors, and music storage firms, such as Case Logic, EMI Recordings, Sony, CDNow, LDE, have helped prepare us for the roll out of SpinKeeper.

SHIPPING:
We ship anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States via UPS ground. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O Box or APO addresses. Shipping charges are added at the shopping cart based on where the item is going, it's size and weight. These are actual costs automatically calculated by UPS.
Most products are shipped within 2-5 business days after you place your order. Shipping time varies based on which product is ordered and where in the country it is being shipped. Your purchase should arrive within one to three weeks from the time you place your order.
Some items ordered from the ARTISTS GALLERY may take between 2-3 weeks to ship. Please keep in mind these pieces are handmade and created in limited quantities.

SALES TAX:
No sales tax will be charged for shipments to any location.
RETURNS:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise, you may return it at your expense in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund. The shipping charges will not be refunded and certain restocking fees may also be assessed depending on the item and the respective manufacturers policy.
If you receive a damaged or defective item or are missing parts, contact service@SpinKeeper.com within 5 business days of delivery for further instructions. We will make every effort to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
If you wish to return a product, you are required to e-mail service@SpinKeeper.com for a RA # (return authorization number)and further instructions. Your refund will not be processed without a return authorization number.
Order Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel an order please call or email Spinkeeper as soon as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
